Through my work with Dave, I became a better, more empathetic listener.  I noticed a distinct difference in the way I related to others and the way they responded to me.  Dave is insightful listener and brings an extremely valuable set of tools to the coaching relationship.  I continue to use these leadership tools in my day-to-day interactions with colleagues and clients.
