I've put a ton of thought and R&D to create a coaching program that supports leaders in multiple ways, combining:
- Auditory and visual learning (CD's and transcripts),
- Group Coaching,

Six Month Long Program
There is no short cut to extraordinary success. Meaningful change takes time, focus, commitment and benefits from a systematic approach with accountability. Leaders have some habits they need to build on, and others they need to grow beyond.
Audio CDs and Transcripts
You'll receive 12 CDs coverig all the content of this leadership course (over 12 hours of material). You will also receive a 3-ring binder containing all the transcripts frm the 12 CDs (over 400 pages of material).
Each month you will listen to 2 CDS (or if you prefer, read the transcripts): the first CD contains the content we'll be focusing on for that month, the second CD is a recording of Dave working interactively with a group of consultants (Q&A, role-playing, additional content, etc.).
The CD's will give you practical models, skills and strategies to use in leading and coaching your down line. You will then go out right away and begin using them with your team members.
You'll develop hands-on experience right away as well as discover where you have questions. When material is kept in the realm of theory, we think we know it. When we go out to use it, that's when we find out what we don't know and the real questions emerge.
Monthly Coaching Gym (6 sessions)
At the end of each month, we will have a group interactive call (lasting anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes). In these sessions we will answer any questions that arise, talk through specific situations and practice techniques and skills.
The participants will direct the agenda of this call. The more you participate, the deeper learning and greater value you'll receive.
Monthly Accountability Calls
Leaders in network marketing, like all independent professionals, work far below their potential simply because they lack simple support and accountability structures. This is particularly true for people who have never worked on their own before, but even long-time solopreneurs rarely have the support they need.
In the Unleash The Leader In You Program you will choose a learning partner (buddy) to share monthly accountability calls with. In these calls you will coach each other around real challenges you're having with your business and leading your team.
So you will talk twice each month (for about 1/2 hour). In one call, you'll be coached by your partner on challenges he or she is having. On the second call, you'll switch and you will be coached.
This allows you both to practice your leadership skills and receive support at the same time!
Monthly 1-1 Calls With Dave (6 Sessions)
This program includes a monthly 1 to1 coaching session with Dave to give you the individualized attention you need to maximize your growth and development. Having worked with many leaders I know we are all blind, or most resistant, to the changes we need to make the most.
E-mail Support
This is a group program. You will have email access to each other and Dave, as needed. You will also get regular e-mails from Dave to keep you motivated and on track.
Leadership Style Assessment Profile
Each participant will receive a powerful behavioral assessment (taken online) to help you clearly understand your leadership style. This will be used in the program to help you use your strengths and skillfully adapt your leadership style as necessary.
Outcome Focused Planning CD
One of the biggest challenges of every leader is time management. Included with this program as a bonus is an audio CD where Dave walks through his powerfultime management system called "Outcome Focused Planning."
Field Work
