cOMMITMENTS
With any coaching program, the key to success depends on both the coach and on you. It's a collaborative partnership.
Here are some commitments that are necessary to successfully participate in this program (they may seem obvious, but many neglect the obvious):
- "To meet with my accountability partner twice each month (once to coach and once to be coach) and provide the best coaching I can",
- "To bring the best that I am to every coaching session",
- "To submit at least one question to Dave each month to be answered at the Coaching Gym. This can be about anything relating to the material or your experiences with coaching. This method helps increase the learning."
- "To stay on track with the program and put the tools and strategies to use, knowing that I will not be perfect (and that's okay - it's how I will learn - be taking action and making mistakes),"
- "To coach at least two members of my team on a reguar basis (at least once every two weeks), so I can put these powerful tools into practice and see the real value of it in my down line and in my pocketbook. I understand that this requirement is a minimum guideline and that I'm encouraged to coach as many people as I can",
- "To do my best to attend all Coaching Gym sessions." (It is recommended that you participate in this program at another time if you must miss more than two coaching gyms.)
